Using the Excel file we provide, you will collate and input the various data (list of employees, approval cycle, staff leave balances, expense reimbursement schedules, report criteria, etc.) based on the modules you have purchased. Please note that this data can be modified later.
Activating your account
We then create your company account and configure the system on the basis of the information you send us in the abovementioned file
Training and final configuration

Once the initial configuration is complete, we will guide you through the tool set-up: You'll be introduced to and trained up on the main features, how to navigate the tool, its administration, and any special features. We will then fine-tune the system's final configuration to suit your organization, legal or regulatory constraints, internal company processes and mode of operation (access rights and profiles, request approval cycle, etc.). If necessary you can then update data or add data that still needs to be provided (additional users, staff leave tracker balance, etc.) and then confirm the information.

With your system now operational, you can roll it out and make it accessible to all employees in your organization. To make this easier, and to facilitate implementation and initial use of the software, we will provide you with a training tool. This can be sent to all users, and explains in just a few slides the key elements you need to know to get started (how to connect, change your password, etc.)
